So I’ve kind of been MIA for a little while but that is okay! I’ve kind of been all over the place… You should already know that I was in Dallas and Houston and we can’t forget the little town of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Honestly don’t know why anyone would live there!! No offense Tasie, but it’s so small and empty! I, however, will be finding myself there sooner than later! I need to see me some Tasmin and we can’t forget Cameron!! I love those guys!!
Anyway… Since then I’ve kind of been in a bit of places and quite a few events have occurred!! Like this one!
Isn’t that the cutest little thing ever?! I’m officially an auntie! yippie! Baby Eli is his name. You can watch him grow up with me if you would like. 
Right now I’m kind of in another country so I have limited Internet access especially since we are hardly in one place for very long. Exploring all up and down Portugal! It quite fun even though these last couple of days it has been raining, kind of a bummer. I’m ready for sunshine! But that comes later. Twice. As long as all goes well, Hawaii will be in my near future. Along with Costa Rica!
ANYWAY Let us get to it!! I don’t know if I said it…but I at least thought it. Here is the little glimpse of the food that I have consumed in the last month and a half! I’m on my iPad so when I’m back in the states in the next week or so ill go through and let you know what some of that stuff is! If i can even remember what it is exactly… From first class food to homemade food and weird Portuguese food…

So I left Arizona to Portugal on Christmas day. Basically I didn’t have a Christmas this year. However, I did get to open up some presents a couple days before hand. So that was good at least. My sister wasn’t all that thrilled though. It was the first Christmas all of my family was going to be together since my brother got home from his 2 year mission. And I was going to miss my sisters baby being born… Oh well haha. For Christmas I got a sweet vitamix!! Best present ever! Even though I haven’t been able to use it….only twice. Okay I feel like I’m just ranting now. The first picture I know is the crappy Wendy’s I ate at the Philadelphia airport. And then the delicious first class food!!! If you fly international I strongly suggest First Class! Or business class. It seriously is worth it. I have flight benefits so luckily for me it doesn’t cost a fortune.
One of the many events that happened on this trip was the sole fact that I am now in the POLAR BEAR CLUB ! Basically my friends and I jumped into the ocean at midnight on New Years! It really wasn’t as terrible as we thought. Best day ever! We walked back to our hostel in our swimsuits dripping wet and had the streets of Portugal cheering for us. We were practically celebrities, or crazy since everyone knew we just jumped into the ocean. It was awesome! And then the next day we went swimming in a hidden beach! We had to hike down to get to it and when we were in the ocean, people up on the cliff saw us and was pointing at us to their friends haha. I wonder what was going through their brains….
This hasn’t even been even close to the extent of the awesomeness of my trip, but it’s great! And the adventures keep on coming! Next on the list is Hawaii. Well, I love you all! And stay classy.
